These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Freelance Radar “fast pass”. Taking out a subscription means you accept these terms of sale.
The subscription is sold by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903, a company established in France. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co.
Free access lets you view some of the contract roles.
The “fast pass” subscription gives access to:
For every new subscription, the fast pass comes with a free 72 hour trial, followed by an annual subscription:
| Trial | First payment | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| 72 hours free | US$49 at the end of the trial | US$49 per year |
Nothing is charged when the trial starts. A payment method is requested when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the end of the 72 hours, US$49 is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription then renews automatically every year at the same price.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total price you pay: no tax or fee is added at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees if your card is in AED, SAR, QAR or another currency.
Existing subscriptions keep their price and billing period.
FLIPPER is established in France and is not resident in any Gulf country. Where the law of the country where you live requires FLIPPER to account for value added tax (VAT) on a sale of digital services to a consumer, that VAT is included in the price shown, so the total you pay does not change. Business customers can add their company name and tax registration number (TRN or VAT number) at checkout so that it appears on their invoices.
Contract roles give access to their original post on LinkedIn, depending on the access rights of the account.
You subscribe online. Your payment method is saved and payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Freelance Radar does not store any bank details. The first payment of US$49 is only taken at the end of the free 72 hour trial, unless you cancel before then.
If the service does not work as described, write to us: we will fix the problem within a reasonable time or, if we cannot, refund the unused part of the period you paid for. This commitment comes in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live, such as UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or the consumer protection rules of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Nothing in these terms of sale or in the terms of use excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that you have under mandatory consumer protection law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the rules of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Freelance Radar may change its prices. Any new price applies to new subscriptions. Subscriptions taken out earlier keep their price for as long as they remain active, unless you are informed in advance and give your agreement or are able to cancel under the conditions provided for by law. The price of a period already paid for is never changed.
Subject to the consumer guarantees in section 8, the subscription gives access to a service provided “as is”. The availability of contact details depends on third party sources and is not guaranteed.
Any complaint can be sent to contact@freelanceradar.co; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the consumer protection authority of the country where you live (for example the UAE Ministry of Economy or the Saudi Ministry of Commerce).
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The use of information about recruiters is governed by the terms of use (professional B2B use, no reselling and no mass prospecting).
These terms of sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or another Gulf country of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live.
