Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Freelance Radar “fast pass”. Taking out a subscription means you accept these terms of sale.

1. Seller

The subscription is sold by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903, a company established in France, EU VAT number FR11 945 084 903. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co.

3. Prices and plans

For every new subscription, the fast pass comes with a free 72 hour trial, followed by an annual subscription:

TrialFirst paymentRenewal
72 hours free€49 including VAT at the end of the trial€49 including VAT per year

Nothing is charged when the trial starts. A payment method is requested when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the end of the 72 hours, €49 is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription then renews automatically every year at the same price.

Prices are shown in euros and are the total price you pay, VAT included: no tax or fee is added at checkout.

Existing subscriptions keep their price and billing period.

4. VAT

FLIPPER is established in France and applies VAT to its subscriptions in line with the EU rules on electronically supplied services. The price shown always includes VAT. If you buy for a business, you can add your company name and VAT number at checkout so that they appear on your invoice.

5. Access to posts

Contract roles give access to their original post on LinkedIn, depending on the access rights of the account.

6. Subscription and payment

You subscribe online. Your payment method is saved and payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Freelance Radar does not store any bank details. The first payment of €49 is only taken at the end of the free 72 hour trial, unless you cancel before then.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

8. Right to cancel within 14 days (consumers)

As a consumer, you can cancel the subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), which both apply the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Cancelling during the 72 hour free trial costs nothing. If the first payment has already been taken, write to contact@freelanceradar.co before the 14 days are up: because you asked for the service to start straight away, we refund the payment minus an amount in proportion to the days of service already provided.

9. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, a digital service must be provided as described, be fit for purpose and be supplied with reasonable care and skill. If it is not, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity and, where this is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or to end the contract and get a refund. Nothing in these terms of sale or in the terms of use excludes, restricts or modifies these rights or any other right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Price changes

Freelance Radar may change its prices. Any new price applies to new subscriptions. Subscriptions taken out earlier keep their price for as long as they remain active, unless you are informed in advance and give your agreement or are able to cancel under the conditions provided for by law. The price of a period already paid for is never changed.

11. Availability of the service

Subject to your statutory rights in section 9, the subscription gives access to a service provided “as is”. The availability of contact details depends on third party sources and is not guaranteed.

12. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to contact@freelanceradar.co; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can find information about your rights from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (www.ccpc.ie). Because FLIPPER is established in France, the European Consumer Centre Ireland (www.eccireland.ie) can also help you with a cross border complaint free of charge.

13. Personal data and use

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The use of information about recruiters is governed by the terms of use (professional B2B use, no reselling and no mass prospecting).

14. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in Ireland of the protection of the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or of any other mandatory provisions of Irish law, and they can bring proceedings before the courts of Ireland.
