These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Freelance Radar “fast pass”. Taking out a subscription means you accept these terms of sale.
The subscription is sold by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903, a company established in France. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co.
Free access lets you view some of the contract roles.
The “fast pass” subscription gives access to:
For every new subscription, the fast pass comes with a free 72 hour trial, followed by an annual subscription:
| Trial | First payment | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| 72 hours free | A$49 at the end of the trial | A$49 per year |
Nothing is charged when the trial starts. A payment method is requested when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the end of the 72 hours, A$49 is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription then renews automatically every year at the same price.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are the total price you pay: no tax or fee is added at checkout.
Existing subscriptions keep their price and billing period.
FLIPPER is not resident in Australia. A non resident supplier of digital services to Australian consumers only has to register for Australian GST once its Australian sales reach the A$75,000 registration threshold. FLIPPER is below that threshold and is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If FLIPPER registers in the future, the price shown will include GST and the total you pay will not change during a period already paid for.
Contract roles give access to their original post on LinkedIn, depending on the access rights of the account.
You subscribe online. Your payment method is saved and payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Freelance Radar does not store any bank details. The first payment of A$49 is only taken at the end of the free 72 hour trial, unless you cancel before then.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Nothing in these terms of sale or in the terms of use excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, that you have under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the rules of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Freelance Radar may change its prices. Any new price applies to new subscriptions. Subscriptions taken out earlier keep their price for as long as they remain active, unless you are informed in advance and give your agreement or are able to cancel under the conditions provided for by law. The price of a period already paid for is never changed.
Subject to the consumer guarantees in section 8, the subscription gives access to a service provided “as is”. The availability of contact details depends on third party sources and is not guaranteed.
Any complaint can be sent to contact@freelanceradar.co; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the consumer protection agency (fair trading office) of your state or territory.
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The use of information about recruiters is governed by the terms of use (professional B2B use, no reselling and no mass prospecting).
These terms of sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in Australia of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other mandatory provisions of the law of the state or territory where they live.
