Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Freelance Radar “fast pass”. Taking out a subscription means you accept these terms of sale.

1. Seller

The subscription is sold by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903, a company established in France. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co.

2. Offers

3. Prices and plans

For every new subscription, the fast pass comes with a free 72 hour trial, followed by an annual subscription:

TrialFirst paymentRenewal
72 hours freeS$69 at the end of the trialS$69 per year

Nothing is charged when the trial starts. A payment method is requested when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the end of the 72 hours, S$69 is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription then renews automatically every year at the same price.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and are the total price you pay: no tax or fee is added at checkout.

Existing subscriptions keep their price and billing period.

4. GST

FLIPPER is not resident in Singapore. Under the overseas vendor registration regime, an overseas supplier of digital services to non GST registered customers in Singapore only has to register for Singapore GST once both its worldwide turnover exceeds S$1 million and its digital services supplied to such customers in Singapore exceed S$100,000 a year. FLIPPER is below these thresholds and is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If FLIPPER registers in the future, the price shown will include GST and the total you pay will not change during a period already paid for.

5. Access to posts

Contract roles give access to their original post on LinkedIn, depending on the access rights of the account.

6. Subscription and payment

You subscribe online. Your payment method is saved and payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Freelance Radar does not store any bank details. The first payment of S$69 is only taken at the end of the free 72 hour trial, unless you cancel before then.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

8. Your rights as a consumer

If the service does not work as described, write to us: we will fix the problem within a reasonable time or, if we cannot, refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the 72 hour trial costs nothing.

Nothing in these terms of sale or in the terms of use excludes or limits any right or remedy that you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore or any other law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the rules of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).

9. Price changes

Freelance Radar may change its prices. Any new price applies to new subscriptions. Subscriptions taken out earlier keep their price for as long as they remain active, unless you are informed in advance and give your agreement or are able to cancel under the conditions provided for by law. The price of a period already paid for is never changed.

10. Availability of the service

Subject to the consumer guarantees in section 8, the subscription gives access to a service provided “as is”. The availability of contact details depends on third party sources and is not guaranteed.

11. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to contact@freelanceradar.co; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), which handles consumer complaints and offers mediation.

12. Personal data and use

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The use of information about recruiters is governed by the terms of use (professional B2B use, no reselling and no mass prospecting).

13. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in Singapore of the protection of the mandatory provisions of Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
