These terms of use govern access to and use of the Freelance Radar service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
The “Freelance Radar” service is published by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co. See the legal notice.
Freelance Radar detects publicly published contract roles, brings them together in one place and allows Users to view them. For Subscribers, the Service also provides immediate access to the most recent contract roles and to their original post on LinkedIn.
You log in with a magic link or a one time code sent by email; there is no password. Users are responsible for keeping access to their email inbox confidential. Free access gives access to some of the contract roles; full access requires a subscription (see the terms of sale).
The contract roles and the information about Recruiters come from public professional posts. As a result:
By using information about a Recruiter, the Subscriber undertakes to use it within strict limits. Any breach is the Subscriber’s sole responsibility and may lead to the suspension or termination of their account without refund.
The Service, its brand, its interface and its own content are protected. Users are granted a personal, non exclusive right of use, excluding any extraction or substantial reuse of the Service’s database.
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Freelance Radar may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. Freelance Radar shall not be liable for indirect loss, nor beyond the limits set by law and, where applicable, by the terms of sale.
Freelance Radar may suspend or terminate a User’s access in the event of a breach of these terms of use, in particular in the event of misuse of information about Recruiters, without prejudice to any other remedy.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Freelance Radar may amend these terms of use. The applicable version is the one in force when the Service is used; material changes are brought to the attention of Users.
These terms of use are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in the United Kingdom of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable law shall be competent.
