Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid Freelance Radar “fast pass”. Taking out a subscription means you accept these terms of sale.

1. Seller

The subscription is sold by FLIPPER, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 945 084 903. Contact: contact@freelanceradar.co.

2. Offers

The “fast pass” subscription gives access to:

3. Prices and plans

For every new subscription, the fast pass comes with a free 72 hour trial, followed by an annual subscription:

TrialFirst paymentRenewal
72 hours free£39 incl. VAT at the end of the trial£39 incl. VAT per year

Nothing is charged when the trial starts. A payment method is requested when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the end of the 72 hours, £39 incl. VAT is charged at the end of the trial and the subscription then renews automatically every year at the same price.

Existing subscriptions keep their price and billing period.

4. Access to posts

Contract roles give access to their original post on LinkedIn, depending on the access rights of the account.

5. Subscription and payment

You subscribe online. Your payment method is saved and payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Freelance Radar does not store any bank details. The first payment of £39 incl. VAT is only taken at the end of the free 72 hour trial, unless you cancel before then.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

7. Right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in principle give you 14 days to cancel. However, for the supply of digital content or a digital service that starts immediately, you lose this right once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel. Consumers in the European Union benefit from the equivalent rules of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). In all cases, you can cancel during the 72 hour free trial without paying anything (see section 6).

8. Price changes

Freelance Radar may change its prices. Any new price applies to new subscriptions. Subscriptions taken out earlier keep their price for as long as they remain active, unless you are informed in advance and give your agreement or are able to cancel under the conditions provided for by law. The price of a period already paid for is never changed.

9. Availability of the service

The subscription gives access to a service provided “as is”. The availability of contact details depends on third party sources and is not guaranteed; this does not give rise to a refund as long as the quota and access are provided.

10. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint can be sent to contact@freelanceradar.co. Consumers may, as provided by law, refer a dispute to a consumer mediator; the mediator’s contact details are available on request from contact@freelanceradar.co.

11. Personal data and use

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The use of information about recruiters is governed by the terms of use (professional B2B use, no reselling and no mass prospecting).

12. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers who live in the United Kingdom of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live.
