9-month rotation contract (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off) to coordinate end-to-end handover of systems from Project to Operations on a crude oil pipeline and marine export terminal in East Africa, managing punch lists, dossiers and interfaces with construction, commissioning and operations; requires 15-20 years oil & gas completions/commissioning/handover experience and fluent English.
