Experienced Project Manager in Cards & Payments for a leading UAE bank on a 6-month extendable contract in Dubai, requiring 10-15 years in banking/financial services, hands-on Card Management Systems (CMS) experience, end-to-end payments lifecycle knowledge (authorization, clearing, settlement), full project delivery across SDLC, system integration, testing and implementation, plus strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement; prior UAE banking experience highly preferred.
