Own end-to-end enterprise SaaS onboarding for large customers (scoping, UAT, rollout, go-live), running a pod with a Product Manager, Project Coordinator and Technical Lead, and mentor implementation managers as the team scales; requires baseline security clearance eligibility, based in South Melbourne 3 days a week in office.
